We are working exclusively with one of Ireland’s leading mortgage and insurance brokerages to appoint a high-performing Mortgage Adviser. The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing clients through the full mortgage journey — from initial consultation through to drawdown — delivering tailored, compliant advice across a broad lender panel.

This is a true advisory role with a strong commercial edge. You’ll be expected to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and deliver an excellent client experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess client financial needs (new and existing clients)
• Provide tailored mortgage recommendations aligned with compliance standards
• Manage the full application process through to completion
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Generate and convert business through a mix of provided leads and self-sourcing
• Stay up to date with market trends, lenders, and product changes
• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets

What We’re Looking For

• QFA qualified (or close to completion)
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a mortgage brokerage
• Strong track record of hitting targets and generating business
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-starter with strong organisation and ownership mindset
• Commercially sharp with a genuine interest in helping clients
